Using the knowledge I have gained from the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI) I have personally lost 20 pounds of FAT at the age of 46! I have also helped others lose as much as 30 pounds of FAT, lower their Resting Heart Rate, feel better and more energetic, and so much more. Along with nutrition coaching, I also offer martial arts classes that help build strength, discipline, and confidence while keeping fitness fun. I look forward to helping you!
