My 4 year old started lessons here about 2 months ago. The first few classes were rough for him as he adjusted (nothing the facility did).  But the instructors are fantastic at leading younger children — and now he enjoys going and is getting better!  They impressed me with how good they are at:

Keeping the attention of the children
Teaching them accountability
Helping them learn a valuable life skill of self defense.

I truly appreciate their “no nonsense” approach. They obviously know they need to be patient with kids. But they also do not just “give” belts and stripes here — it is all earned. This is a firm but fair environment that teaches kids the importance of hard work and discipline.

We were looking for something for our two kids to get involved in and had an interest in martial arts, so we checked out a few places and decided to give Pilsung ATA a try. From our very first visit, we knew we had found the right place.

Within just a few weeks, I ended up signing up as well, and now the three of us train together. It’s created a level of bonding for our family that we honestly didn’t expect, and it’s been an incredible experience. It's a great workout for parents too!

The staff is dedicated, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. They truly care about each student’s growth, both in skill and character. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and very family-oriented.

Pilsung ATA martial arts has offered both of my boys an amazing experience to learn and grow. It has helped with personal growth, life lessons, and athletic training. I especially like the Tiger program for young athletes! It was a great way to introduce my youngest to the sport and get a feel for what tae kwon do is like. Wonderful teachers!!  My young son and daughter are enjoying their classes!!  My daughter almost wanted to quit after just 2 classes, but we pushed her to try a little longer, and she has already advanced to the next stage after just a couple of months!!  The instructors know which kids need a little more time/training than others, and they cater to that during the class.
